ATTENTION OUT OF STATE SUBSCRIBERS: Expect an extensive delay in delivery, at times more than 3 or 4 weeks, and SOMETIMES NOT AT ALL due to damage in the mailing process. Please do not subscribe if you live out of state and cannot accept these terms.
